The Centre for Organization Development also conducts in-company programmes. Our approach emphasizes the importance of preparatory work, including analysis of training needs and priorities, to ensure relevance of such a programme. As of December 2007, 288 programmes had been conducted, which were attended by more than 7701 executives. Bharat Electronics, Bharat Earth Movers Ltd., SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., Global Trust Bank Ltd., and Wockhardt are some of the organizations for whom the Centre has conducted a large number of organization based programmes in recent years.

Some of the significant examples of this kind of programmes are eight Directors’ Workshops and five Executive Directors’ Workshops for SAIL. Special programmes on Management of Modernization and Advanced Management Programmes for Leadership and Succession Planning for SAIL. Top management workshops as also special programmes for senior and middle level executives of Bharat Aluminium, Bharat Electronics and Crompton Greaves.

Senior management workshops with focus on “Leadership and Team Development” and programmes on Turnaround Strategies, Internal Customer Satisfaction and Visioning for Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited.

Programme on Project Super Teams for senior managers emphasizing profitability and growth in competitive market environment, and 38 programmes for executives focused on “Strategies for Global Vision” at the Global Trust Bank Limited.

42 programmes on the theme of “Managerial Effectiveness” to develop managerial competencies for Bharat Electronics Limited, Senior management workshops on Vision, Goals and Strategies and four follow-up workshops on Business Planning for Marketing and Operations groups at Essar Steel.
Five program on the theme "Leadership for Business Excellence", for DGMs of Bharat Earth Movers Limied to evaluate organizational systems, vis-a-vis the company's objective, "Focus on performance" by making an indepth study of organizational systems of BEML.

Other themes for organization based programmes include:

Fee structure for the organization-based programmes is similar to that for inter-organizational executive development programmes, except that the residential component is deducted from a programme, which is not held at the campus.

Moreover, programmes for middle level executives can be conducted by our Team-B. In that case, typically, the programme fees are half of our normal fees.
