COD's
executive education programs offer a firm foundation
for executives to take up new, challenging levels
of leadership and change in their organization.
These programs also equip executives with valuable
insights into organization development. All programs
are participant-centered and make use of interactive
methodologies like role-plays, case discussion,
problem solving exercise and video-recorded simulation
exercises. Reputed experts from the industry are
also invited to share their views in every program.
These programs are two types.
- Inter-Organizational
programs - These are held for participants from
various organizations, as open announced programs.
- Organization-based programs - These are
customized programs designed for a select group
of participants drawn from the same organization.
The programs are designed and delivered by the
members of Faculty who are known for their knowledge
and experience in their respective areas of specialization.
The Faculty members of COD have accumulated experience
in designing and conducting innumerable training
programs both, announced and customized, and in
involving themselves in research studies, and
wide-ranging consulting interventions in public,
private, and government sector organizations.
