Ambience

Located at Madhapur, the vibrant campus is spread over 3.5 acres and welcomes visitors with garden, lawns and refreshing natural beauty. The well-equipped campus has a library, three conference halls; faculty and administration offices; and an air conditioned executive accommodation facility. All of this provides excellent academic ambience.

Residential Accommodation

For on-campus training programs, the campus offers very good residential facilities. Spacious and well-furnished 40 air conditioned single/double rooms, one recreation hall, well equipped gym, a reception lounge, kitchen and dining facilities.

Conference Facilities

There are three state of the art theatre / class room style conference halls. With a carpet area of 3000 sq. ft., the halls are air-conditioned and have a foyer and two committee / discussion rooms. Well-furnished and fitted with modern technology, such as, A/V aids, projector/s etc, the conference facilities are ideally suited to conduct high quality training programs, seminars, and conferences.

Library

The COD library spread over 4000 sq. ft is houses over 6000 volumes in the areas of organization development, HR and change management. In addition it has select collection of video films and management games. Fifty national and international journals are subscribed for, on a regular basis.
The library has developed an integrated bibliographic database with over 40,000 records, using modules developed from CDS/ISIS software. It has the facility to provide specialized services, such as personalized selective dissemination of information, bibliographies on specific subjects and lists of new arrivals, not only to the staff of the centre, but also to a large number of participants attending executive education programs. The library has adopted an open access system to facilitate easy utilization for the readers.

Staff Accommodation:

On the other side of the road from the main campus, two residential blocks have 20 residential units – 4 each of three-bedroom two-bedroom and one-bedroom flats and 8 efficiency apartments. A branch of ING Vysya Bank is also located here.
